Hi, I’m Stephanie, and this Is Why I Do What I Do…

I didn’t start in tech, I started in trauma bays, ICU units, and helicopter pads, leading teams through moments where seconds decided outcomes.

I saw clinicians giving everything they had while broken systems held them back. Later, in my research at Pitt, I saw the opposite side: AI and digital tools with huge potential… if only they were built with real clinical insight.

That’s when it clicked.

Healthcare doesn’t have a technology problem.

It has a translation problem.

I founded LAI Healthcare Solutions — named after my three kids — because this work is personal. It’s about people, families, and the clinicians who care for them.
